State law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of the employer for individuals who contributions exceed $100 for an election.
The State of Ohio allows a tax credit of up to $50 per individual and $100 per couple for donations to state campaigns.
Corporations cannot give to state candidates, but professional partnerships and other entities, such as law firms, can contribute.
